Ade lends Plan B practical skills as a community and direct-action youth group organiser focused on diaspora-led and internationalist solidarity initiatives.
Andrew Medhurst, former banker and risk officer at HSBC, Lloyds Bank and NEST Pensions brings to Plan B experience in financial risk and compliance.
Esther Stanford-Xosei is a jurisconsult and through her advocacy work in PARCOE and the Stop the Maangamizi: We Charge Genocide/Ecocide Campaign brings to Plan B expert knowledge and practical organisational experience in critical legal praxis and its expression in ‘law as resistance’.
Jerome Spaargaren, patent attorney and founder of EIP, brings to Plan B expertise in intellectual property, cross-border litigation, and mechanisms for advancing technology sharing.

Sarah May is a musician, writer, and social activist. She has a degree in criminology and criminal justice as well as some knowledge in social psychology. Since being a victim of Super Typhoon Rai in the Philippines, she has devoted her time to researching and advocating for climate justice. Sarah brings to Plan B frontline experience of the climate crisis and research that links environmental abuses to human rights abuses.
Tim Crosland, ex-barrister, brings to Plan B expertise in international human rights, environmental law and litigation, and an inter-disciplinary, partnership-based approach to tackling climate change.
