Plan B files skeleton argument on Heathrow expansion
Plan B has filed its skeleton argument against Heathrow expansion, which will form the basis of its submissions at trial.
The essence of its argument is simple. Chris Grayling, the Secretary of State for Transport, considered the Paris Agreement, which marks the boundary between humanity and an intolerable risk of disaster, to be “irrelevant”.
He was wrong.
