Judge waives punishment for “noble” protestor

The tide is turning. Following the recent acquittal by a jury of the #Shell7, a judge has declined to punish activist Rowan Tilly for obstructing the highway, instead issued a rare absolute discharge, praising her as ‘honest’ and ‘sincere’ and her deeds as ‘noble’.
