In view of the exceptional public interest in the outcome of the Heathrow proceedings, which will decided whether Chris Grayling, the sacked Minister of Transport, was right in failing to take account of the Paris Agreement temperature limit when approving plans for Heathrow expansion, the Court of Appeal will be live-streaming its judgement on Thursday, 27 February.
