Plan B & Friends of the Earth will be arguing that principle of “open justice” should not be confined to the tiny minority of people who can cram into Court 76. It’s 2019 and the trial of our lives should be open to all through live-streaming.
It would be a major breakthrough for transparency and open justice if our application were successful. Please join us in court (start time wither 10am or 10.30) to demonstrate the public interest in the case! Friends of the Earth will be hosting gathering outside court beforehand.
